Super League Triathlon is back for Season 4, bigger and hopefully better than ever with an expanded Championship Series schedule for 2022.
The hugely popular short-course made-for-TV concept has been a real hit with triathlon fans and a wider audience in recent years, airing on a number of major broadcast networks around the world.
It produced epic entertainment again in 2021, culminating in that terrific finale in Malibu where Georgia Taylor-Brown and Alex Yee snatched the titles in dramatic fashion.

An all-star cast of athletes will again do battle in 2022, across a Championship Series schedule which was announced on Tuesday.
London, Munich and Malibu all retain their positions on the Championship Series schedule from 2021, while Toulouse in France is added.
There will also be a fifth venue this year – yet to be announced – which will stage the Grand Finale on Sunday October 29.

Team concept adds new wrinkle
We also have a new wrinkle in 2022, with the evolution of the Team concept first launched in 2021.
A true professional league will be part of the offering as SLT launches team franchises. And one of these will now be owned by fans, who will be given the opportunity to make major decisions which will have a significant impact on the racing – more details here.
Fans who sign up to become team owners will help decide which athletes get drafted into the team, giving the chance to play fantasy triathlon in real life and have a huge impact on who wins the 2022 Championship Series.
