Dellagrazia Run

Posidonia, formerly known as Dellagrazia, is a settlement of Syros. It is located in the wide bay of Finikas and is 10 km from the capital Ermoupolis. It has been for many years the resort of the rich Syrians.The first name comes from the ancient god Poseidon, while the second name comes from the small Catholic church Madonna de la Gracia (Virgin of Grace) located next to the small cemetery of the settlement. Crossing the center of the village you will find many neoclassical mansions with lovely gardens as well as imposing private towers. The most famous of these buildings is the Tsiproina villa, which has been classified as a historic and listed monument.
The Dellagrazia Run is a racing series of 3km Fun Run, 5km Energy Race and a 21,1km Frankosyriani Route (men and women)
