100Miles Phuket

The 100 Miles Ultra City Run Phuket 2021 is a long-distance road race. No traffic closures, trails can be difficult, slopes adventurous, sometimes far from any amenities. There can be variable weather and sometimes you’ll have to run in the dark. The whole course is marked. Athletes need to be prepared to compete and have the ability to help themselves when problems arise You must train yourself, prepare your body for the competition and face unexpected situations. Athletes will need to study a map of the race route and strictly adhere to race regulations.For 100 miles Solo and 100km Solo it is required that you are an experienced athlete who has previously completed long-distance / trail races. For the 25 km and 50 km category, you can apply without meeting the eligibility criteria. However, the organizers recommend that applicants should have adequate training and prepare their bodies for the competition.
